Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice or more as needed – will need more if using frozen fruit
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 5 oz. vanilla yogurt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth.
  • Transfer the smoothie to a glass and enjoy!
