This crunchy, refreshing, and dilly Cucumber Salad is a simple side dish or sandwich topper you need at all of your summer get-togethers. Easy to make with less than 10 ingredients in 10 minutes!
Whisk the vinegar, honey and salt together in a large bowl.
Add the cucumber, red onion and dill to that same bowl and toss to combine.
Serve immediately, or cover the bowl with a lid and store in the fridge until ready to serve. Add black pepper and extra salt to taste (optional) and enjoy!
Notes
Note: If you own a mandolin, use that to slice the cucumber. Otherwise, thinly slice with a sharp knife
