Paleo Coffee Creamer

This Paleo Coffee Creamer is thick and creamy, just like real dairy creamer, but is completely dairy free! All you need are 4 ingredients and a blender.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz. coconut milk full fat (1 can)
  • 3 deglet noor dates pitted; or sub 1-2 medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp water or more as needed

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add to your coffee as needed and enjoy!
