Ingredients

  • 3 ripe nectarines chopped
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ inch piece ginger skin removed (increase to taste)
  • 3-5 ice cubes
  • Optional add-ins: chia seeds, protein powder, flaxseed, spinach

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
