I&#8217;m so glad you&#8217;re here. This site focuses on no-fuss tasty, wholesome recipes, along with many diet-friendly recipes. So, whether you&#8217;re&nbsp;vegan,&nbsp;gluten free, or doing your first&nbsp;Whole30, The Almond Eater has got you covered. I&#8217;m all about quick, healthy food, because between you and me, I&#8217;d rather spend more time with my family and friends and less time in the kitchen (just saying!).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>I believe healthy eating shouldn&#8217;t be complicated, and therefore much of what you&#8217;ll find here is, well, sort of basic (but in the best way possible!). Whether it&#8217;s prepping a big batch of soup to enjoy throughout the week, or batch-cooking chicken to add to salads and pasta, I&#8217;ve got you covered! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m a self-taught cook who loves experimenting with flavors and ways to make classic recipes a little bit healthier. Personally, I love creating quick <a href=\"https:\/\/thealmondeater.com\/category\/dinner\/\" rel=\"\">dinner recipes<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/thealmondeater.com\/category\/dessert\/\" creator behind this site. I started The Almond Eater in 2014 as a creative outlet, and it has since become my full time job. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I believe every BODY is different, and therefore certain diets work differently for people. As people evolve, so do their diets, and I know what it&#8217;s like to experiment with foods that make you feel good vs. foods that don&#8217;t.
