You can always make my <a href=\"https:\/\/thealmondeater.com\/vegan-cookie-dough-for-one\/\">edible vegan cookie dough<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/thealmondeater.com\/chickpea-cookie-dough\/\">chickpea cookie dough<\/a> if you\u2019d prefer a no-bake dessert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-storage\">Storage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chances are you won\u2019t have any leftover cookies here! But you can follow these instructions if you\u2019d like to make the cookie dough in advance:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refrigerator<\/strong>: Cover the bowl with the cookie dough and refrigerate it for up to 2 days before shaping and baking the cookies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Freezer<\/strong>: You can also shape the cookie dough balls, wrap them in plastic wrap, and freeze them for up to 1 month.
