This homemade PSL, along with my favorite <a href=\"https:\/\/thealmondeater.com\/pumpkin-cream-cold-brew\/\">pumpkin cream cold brew<\/a>, is a recipe that can be made daily, if you want! Yes, it&#8217;s that easy. I used oat milk, but I think almond milk or whole milk would be delicious as well.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pumpkin puree &#8211; <\/strong>Make sure to use canned pumpkin puree, not the canned pumpkin pie filling mix.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Maple syrup &#8211;<\/strong> I prefer my coffee less sweet, but you can always add more to taste. I would&nbsp;<em>not<\/em>&nbsp;use honey, and make sure to use pure maple syrup, not syrup with added ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pumpkin pie spice &#8211; <\/strong>Again, this is going to be a personal preference thing, but it&#8217;s always best to start with a small amount and increase as desired. I like and would recommend both the 365 Whole Foods and the Trader Joe&#8217;s brand of store-bought pumpkin pie spice.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-make-a-healthy-pumpkin-spice-latte\">How to Make a Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hot-version\">Hot version<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1: Heat the milk. <\/strong>Whisk the milk, pumpkin, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice together in a small saucepan until combined.
