Unfortunately not — almond and oat flour act very differently than wheat flour in baking. If you’re looking for a gluten free substitute, I recommend gluten free all purpose 1:1 flour!

You can definitely leave out the walnuts, but I’m not sure about reducing the sugar… maybe by 1-2 tbsp but I wouldn’t drastically reduce it (you can, but I haven’t tested it).
