Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice or more as needed
  • 1 frozen large banana
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • optional: 1 scoop protein powder
  • optional: 2 tbsp peanut or almond butter
  • optional: 1/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend for 1 minute or until the smoothie is well combined.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
